You probably will use highway E40-A10 or highway E403-A17-N31 when you drive to Brugge.
From either highway, follow direction "Brugge". By doing so, you will arrive on the ring road R30 around Brugge.
On the ring road, do NOT enter the city center at the station - square 't Zand, but drive around the center and enter the city center at gate n° 6: Kruispoort (you will cross a canal and drive through a medieval gate).
Follow the street you entered, Langestraat, for about 800 m until you pass a small medieval bridge over a canal.
The street of the hotel, Riddersstraat, is the 3rd street at the right after you passed that small bridge.
However, due to the one-way driving direction you cannot enter the Riddersstraat from that side.
Therefore, take second street right, Boomgaardstraat, and turn twice left to enter the Riddersstraat into the right direction.
